I would just like to say this company is wonderful. Tom who books everyone is just an awesome guy. He is the person you want on the phone to represent your company as he is just funny and happy go lucky.
The technician Jon who was out to my home today was absolutely wonderful and knowlegeable. I needed a new RO system and I did not feel pressured to buy something right away and had time to think about it. There was so much empathy and you can tell they really care about their customers. I can see why this company has almost a perfect 5⭐️ rating!! I recently assisted my dad in finding the right company to replace his water softener, and I can't say enough good things about Watersoft Penticton! What a fantastic company to deal with! From the very beginning, Tom answered the phone right away when we called and returned our call the same day to book an appointment, just as he promised—he was kind and professional and listened to our needs - absolutely excellent communication!

Glenn, the installer, was kind, professional, and efficient. He completed the job quickly and the installation was perfect. He even went the extra mile by adjusting the tank's placement so my dad could store his containers back beside it. Rick provided a great quote with fair pricing, making everyone happy, including my 96-year-old dad for whom the installation was done.

Last week during our annual water softener maintenance, the technician was not pleased with how the Big Blue water filter had been previously installed. He sent photos to Rick, who called me shortly afterwards. He committed to coming back to correct the original installation. Functional there was no issue, but only an aesthetic issue. Today the technician returned and cleaned up the original install. Kudos to Rick and his team, they are to be commended for their dedication to customer service and “ doing it right”. I went with the largest tank for water softening and an R.O system for my kitchen sink and a filter system for all incoming water. This was based off of Rick’s recommendation. Travis and Glenn did a great job with the install. They were clean and informative and on time. Couldn’t be happier with Watersoft BC.
